     World Wide Web resources focus on any general subjects to be considered. Disciplined Based World Wide Web resources focuses on important facts of the subject.
      General points to consider are your audience, purpose and what it contain. You should make sure it has complete and accurate information, availability of print or non-print information, time frame of the site, site specific documents. Be very detailed about the information on the subject and know the links. The links should be relevant and appropriate for the site.

      The author on the site should be included. Is the author knowledgeable on the subject? One should know when the web item was produced, mounted and last revised. It should want it to be up to date and have reliable links. Contact information for the author of the document should be included.

     The graphics should correspond to the site and the text should be grammatically correct. The document should be creative and have different browsers to look at. It should have user friendly capabilities available. Will a user be able to send confidential information; will there be links to the search engine and are search engines available?

     Disciplined-Based World Wide Web resources is affiliated with a group, organization, institution, corporation, or government body related to a specific academic discipline or professional field. The list of the resources should be complete or selected for a particular subject. The information should be current and know who set the criteria for selecting the items for this site.

    There should be options for one to choose text only, non-frames and non-table views. Some types of accommodations for the visually impaired should be considered. One should know if there's a charge to use it.

    Whether you choose a World Wide Web or Disciplined Based World Wide Web to do a site, one should consider the points that are given by Professor Esther Grassian.
