CHAPTER: 1 MYSTERIOUS DAIRY A year after colony 208, eleven years after the Endless Waltz Mariemaia Khusherenada entered the room quietly. A eighteen year old girl stood facing herself in the mirror, with a small smile on her face. She has changed a lot this eleven years, growing older and wiser like her father, though the mystery behind her red hair still made her to ask a question, from whom she had inherited her red hair? Lady Une her now so called guardian told her nothing though Mariemaia knew that she has been hiding something. As she was brushing her hair preparing herself of the Christmas party, Lady Une told her that a special box has arrived for her this morning and that she would be able to see what is it inside that evening. Her icy-blue eyes blazed and she thought to herself: *I wonder what is it so special in that box?* Checking herself once more in the mirror, she existed the room ready to go down the stairs to greet the guests. I was a small gathering in the ballroom, just close friends of hers and Lady Une's. A doorman by the doors announced her. "Miss Mariemaia Khusherenada!" All eyes turned to the stunning young woman on the top of the stairs. The young woman had a small crown whose intricate designs were sparkling with priceless diamonds. The rest of the jewelry, which consisted of a necklace, bracelet, and earrings, were of the same design. Her hair was pulled into delicate curls, which was in a knot on top of her head. She wore the purest red gown that accentuates her curves and flowed like fire. Her shoes, which were hidden by the dress, were also pure red. The back of the gown, which only a handful could see, was backless, showing a huge amount of smooth skin. The gown was sexy and innocent at the same time. Mariemaia walked down the steps, feeling every eye on her. She tried not to blush, while the effort only made her eyes sparkle in the lights. Only the barest of the makeup was on her face, letting her beauty shine. She finally stepped down form the last step, and spotting her friends across the room, made her way down the vast room towards them. Lady Une approached her with the box in her hands. She wore shimmering black silk and her chocolate-brown hair was down her usual style, a layers that framed her white face and eyes of burned amber. Today this layers were curled in loose curls and she had a black pearls twisted in them. "It is the time for you to open your present, Mei." she said and handled her a box. Mariemaia took a box and took a seat on the armchair by the fire-place. The former four gundam pilots and their wives gathered around to see what is in the box. Inside she found a crystal circular object, which she recognized as a holo recorder and a book with red velvet covers with a golden edges. On the front of the book was a white rose, Mariemaia recognized as a symbol of the Khusherenada's family. Also a golden necklace with a locket with a written word Forever. "What is it this, Lady Une?" Mariemaia asked and Une answered. "Find it yourself, and I am sure you will be presently surprised." An image of a young woman in the fiery red hair that came up to her knees and deep blue-green eyes smiled upon Mariemaia. She wore long silver-white silk gown and she was beautiful even in old technical image. Then, a woman spoke up. "That is the legendary diary that answers all your questions, young Mariemaia Khusherenada, now it belongs to you. Also, thank you Lady Une for bringing everyone here. In the past I was called Cassandra MacNeills, a daughter of the viceroy Astrion MacNeills, also I am a former queen of the one time kingdom, the York Kingdom." "Queen Cassandra?!" Mariemaia was pretty surprised. "Open the book you have with you." an image said. "Read it what is it in side and you will know the truth."
