-CD-ROM only,, or a package of 2 printed volumes 8.5x11 and a CD-ROM. Volume 1 contains the guideline with the Appendix and the 2 step-by-step procedures. Volume 2 contains the two catalog-indexes CS and TA.

 The CD-ROM has a price of $155 + $10 handling and shipping

 The package of 2 volumes snd the CD-ROM has a price of $195 + $15 handling and shipping.
