Well now that your ready to sling some magics and chop some stuff up there's a few things we need to go over like how to swing your sword and stay on your feet, and how to prep your spells and cast, so now were gonna go over these few things. Oh by the way WELCOME TO REAL POWER!!!!!

First find a room that has someone in it that is currently hunting, and ask them if you might be able to hunt with them, (its always better to have someone hunting with you incase you get overwhelmed). Now then if a rat engages you your gonna want to set your stance if your using any kind of sword you'd type Parry, then wait till it gets to melee with you. The best series of swings to keep your balance I have found is PARRY, JAB, DRAW, SLICE, over and over till their ready for dinner.

But since were not Barbarians we have magic to mix in with our swings for an added kill bonus. When I'm hunting I like to Parry, jab, prep my spell, target, slice, parry then cast that way; I'm getting all my combat and magic skills going.

Preparing spells is pretty easy depending on the prep power and harness you put into the spell. Lets say a rat engages you type Parry, then to prep your spell type Prep GZ(short for gar zeng; assuming you chose this spell), then type TARGET rat, then swing your sword a few times (jab, draw, slice, parry) till you get the messages your targeting the rat as best as possible, then type CAST. I have found its always best to wait till you get the targeting message that way you get the full "learning" from that one cast. At first you probably wont be able to PREP your spell real high so id first try preparing it at a low prep how you do this is prep gz 2, target (critters name), cast. When you get more Primary Magic under you you'll be able to prep it high and kill faster.

So anytime you prep your spell it will be PREP (spell name) and amount of power you want to put into it, you can also type HARNESS (#)(amount of power) to put an added punch into the spell.

Hope you enjoy blastin stuff and hope this info helped you somewhat! CAST AWAY and have fun!
