Healing

External Wound Heal (EWH)
This spell will heal your external wounds. You prep the spell (I recommend at 5 for limbs, 8 for other body parts), harness 3, cast bodypart.

Internal Wound Heal (IWH) ~ Pre-Req: EWH
Works on internal wounds as EWH does external. I would recommend prepping at 12, harness 4 for limbs, 15 harness 5 for other parts.

External Scar Heal (ESH) ~ Pre-Req: EWH
Same as EWH but for scars, prep at 12, harness 5 is usually enough.

Internal Scar Heal (ISH) ~ Pre-Req: ESH & IWH
Same as ESH, prep at 15, harness 5.

Heal Wounds (HW) ~ Pre-Req: IWH
Good spell, it uses the mana first on the external wound on the area, then whatever is left on the internal. I would recommend you prep it at 14, harness 5 for most body parts. Prep at 18 harness 6 for more severe wounds.

Heal Scars (HS) ~ Pre-Req: ISH
Works like HW, would prep at 22 harness 5-10.

Regenerate  ~ Pre-Req: HW & HS ~ Held Mana Spell
Great spell, if your nerves can handle holding about 30 mana.
This will heal all of your fresh wounds (including bleeders now) other than your nerves. It will not heal severe scarring.

Vitality Healing (VH) ~ Pre-Req: EWH
As your blood pours from you, or you replace the blood of another, your vitality will fall. This spell will replenish it. Just prep at 10 harness 5 until your vit is fully restored.

Protection

Sphere of Protection (SOP)
Gives a minor boost to your defenses. Does not stack well... if you prep it at 15 harness 5 and cast it twice you might get about 15 rois on it.

Innocence ~ Pre-Req: SOP
This is a nifty spell. It will convince a beast (or a person attacking you) to turn away and if prepped high enough to leave the room altogether. I have found that many beasts turn easy enough with a 5 prep, though I stick with 9 as it works more often. There are some I cannot turn at all it seems (tried up to a 19 prep on black unyns in Rossman's they were sincerely unimpressed) but I am not sure what decides this.

Guardian Spirit (GS) ~ Pre-Req: Innocence
Yay! With this you can call up one of several fae guardians to keep things from reaching melee on you. The will follow you around for as long as the spell lasts. They can even help you to lock empathy! For more information see the Changes page.

Body Purification

Blood Staunching (BS)
This spell can be a big help if you have bleeders you are too wounded to tend. For about a 12 prep you can stop your blood from flowing from you for about 5 rois. Give you time to heal up a little bit and regain mana. Great when you are power healing. Save your mana for the deadly wounds then clean up all the extra blood when yer done.

Flush Poison (FP) ~ Pre-Req: BS
You learn the ability to pull poison from a patient (depending upon your empathy ranks) somewhere around your 9th circle. This spell will clean any poisons out of your system.

Cure Disease (CD) ~ Pre-Req: BS
You will learn the ability to pull disease from your patient (depending upon your empathy ranks) somewhere around your 19th circle. This spell will clean the disease out of your system.

Mental Preparation

Heart Link (HL) ~ Pre-Req: BS
You can use this spell (prep 5 or 9) to link your heartbeat to another persons. This can help you by lightening all your bleeders down 1 notch while linked, it will do the same for them. It can also slow the affects of poison or disease to give you more time to heal them up.

Nissa's Binding (NB) ~ Pre-Req: HL
You can use this spell (once you have linked the person) to put them to sleep. Asleep their blood loss, poison, and disease will all slow down considerably more. Allowing even more time to heal them. So they say... you know I have honestly never seen the spell used for this purpose.
We won't cover what I use it for here, as it is rather unpathie-ish.
Now, you can put to sleep as many people as you can link, but the time they stay down will shorten in turn. (Example: If I put 1 to sleep they stay asleep for at least 6 rois, 2 people - 4 rois, 3 people - 2 rois, etc)

Life Force Manipulation

Refresh
You can use this spell (recommend a 12 prep) to refresh your fatigue, I use it ahead of time when I know something is likely to make me tired as in say a link, power healing, forging, etc.

Raise Power (RP) ~ Pre-Req: Refresh
Make sure you refresh first, as this will wear you out. You will need people to join you for this spell. The more people it can drain the fatigue of, the stronger the power boost in the room. Their harness is not of enough help to matter, you really just want their energy. Prep at about 15.

Gift of Life (GOL) ~ Pre-Req: RP
I understand that this spell is supposed to help us maintain links better.. but as I never lose them I never use it. On a side note it does not help you if you're problem is shock.

Aesandry Darlaeth (AD) ~ Pre-Req: IWH ~ Held Mana Spell
Very good for field work. Keeps your balance at incredible in the field though does sap your vitality so keep an eye on it. Hold 20 mana for this spell. You can hold regenerate at the same time which is handy.
