Social Events: In the planning stages:
-The Golden Age Club of Dieppe is inviting the senior participants for lunch and afternoon activities on Friday (cost to be determined)
-Saturday night will be the banquet for all participants - we are hoping for a few surprises.
-For those who stay Sunday evening, activities will be organized.

Pre-registration: Send a fax or reply to the form on the website by December 10, 2001.

Registration fee: $45/gymnast, payable by deadline, February 10, 2002 (information in next bulletin)

Transportation fee: $15/participant (this includes transportation from airport to residence and to and from performing venues, for gymnasts, coaches, guests, etc.)

Accommodation: The Université de Moncton has reserved accommodations for up to 500 people on its campus. Available on first come first serve basis:
- Lefebvre; 75 rooms: double occupancy, $46.20/room/night + taxes
- Lefebvre; 75 rooms: single occupancy, $33.60/room/night + taxes
- Lafrance; 68 studios: double occupancy with private washrooms, $50.40/studio/night + taxes
- Lafrance; 60 studios: single occupancy with private washrooms, $50.40/studio/night + taxes
- Student apartments; 12 with two double bedrooms, $92.40/apartments/night + taxes
- Student apartments; 12 with one double bedroom, $46.20/apartmens/night + taxes

Note 2: Taxes in New Brunswick are 15%.

Meals: The university campus cafeteria will be ofering three meals a day for $23/day + taxes (prices may vary - to be confirmed in Bulletin 2). For those wishing to attend the Saturday night banquet, the price for Saturday breakfast and lunch will be $13 + taxes.

Banquet: The Saturday night banquet will be on campus at the Taillon Building, at $15/person + taxes.
