TYPE-R MUFFLER

From This Angle You Can See The Type-R Swaybar Along With The Type-R Muffler.

I have the full Type-R catback exhaust. For the coupe it is a straight bolt-on affair, as for on the four door like me, I had to weld a 2-3 inch extension. The muffler itself is a straight bolt-on affair.

The piping of the Type-R muffler is 2.25" mandrel bent stainless steel all the way through. Has one expansion chamber, one resonator, and the muffler to quiet the exhaust note. Also the R muffler has a nice welded on tip. On the dyno I only gained 3hp with the muffler unbolted.
