Fall 2001 - autumn leaves... (Fall 2001)
Barely two months after we have arrived in CMU, Pittsburgh, the maple trees outside Warner Hall and Cyert hall started to turn red, and what a spectacular sight it beheld! There was also one small tree that was entirely red when the rest were still hovering between green and red, and quite a number of us plucked a leaf off that tree till it became botak.
As the days wore on, the chilly and strong winds blew harder and soon, almost all the trees starting shedding all their leaves. We were returning from the UC one evening; the sun was setting, and the atmosphere and lighting was perfect. Grabbing my Canon EOS, I herded the girls under the trees and shot some voyeuristic shots... *enjoy*!

Hugging the tree for warmth...
Guess where's the photographer?
a more upright picture this time?
Too much flash, should have used longer exposure to capture the red leaves
behind..
Here's the photographer... again fully auto flash is too power already..
next time must remember to manually set flash frequency slower, and longer
exposure time..
