Okay people! This is my blogsite! Yay! I am forced to do this because of my HUTECIN and ORGMT professor Mrs. Pineda. This blogsite is going to be used by me for academic purpose. I don't know if I will use it otherwise but until then, this site is going to be used for my HUTECIN subject. Thank you for browsing this site.

Why did I choose an avatar such as this? It is a two-edged sword. And as it is written God's word is a two-edged sword. I beleive that the Bible is the manual of life and it is the most important thing for us to meditate on it every day and every night. This avatar is a reminder to me and to everyone else. This sword is plunged into blood : the symbol of life. I designed it to be as is because God's word should be encarved deep within our hearts because out of the outflow of the heart the mouth speaks.

To all the good people out there I got a friendster account! Click here to add me up! Hahaha!

Reaction to Office Ergonomics Training: A Dozen Things You Should Know about Eyestrain

I have read the Ergonomics website that Mrs. Pineda assigned for us to read. The topic that I have read is entitled "A Dozen Things You Should Know about Eyestrain" And the article was very interesting because it tells us about what we should do when we encounter a problem such as eyestrain. The article also tells us the reasons that leads to eyestrain. One reason for example is about reflected glare on computer screens. It sometimes causes eyestrain but it the wose it can do is to give you a difficult position in order to adjust your vision.

This is a very helpful article especially to those having eyestrains often. It can advice them to using ergonomics more in order for them to have a better time seeing things and avoiding eyestrain. It is really informative especially for optimologists and people who encounter such problems with their eyes.

After reading the article I realized that I myself should look after my own eyes because sometimes it gives me a headache but I already know the cause of my eye strains. Whenever I read while riding and whenver I rad when the lights are dim. I also realized that we should take care of our eyes as often as we can because it's God's gift to us and it is a very big privelege to see things as God made them to be.
