This is my 1997 Toyota Tacoma. I have done several things since I bought it back in May, 1997. Click here for a list of options that came with my truck. The very first thing I did when I brought it home was tint the windows, 5% all the way around. I can't stand all those people looking at me! Anyway, next I added the GTS bug shield. I bought the brush guard before Christmas of '97. The toneau cover came next around January of '98. The Ultra rims came shortly after in the spring of '98. I bought the 31x10.5's at the same time as the rims. In the early summer of '98, I added three more lights (could it be too much?) to the grill guard making a straight line of lights. I purchased a Super Hitch and put it on in August of '99. I use a Reese reciever and 2" ball. In the fall, I got a Kenwood KRC-5057 and KDC-D300 cd player. Also I have some TS-TRX40 Pioneer speakers behind the seats. In December '99, I got GTS Carbon Fiber head light and tail light covers. These look really good! Now for the real mods. I added a three inch body lift in the early spring of 2001. This helped a little, but it wasn't enough! In October, 2001, I ordered the Cornbred 3" lift kit as well as the 33x12.50 Goodyear MTR's and the 15x10 Eagle 589 wheels. I finally got a chance to get the lift and wheels on in December and I have been really pleased with everything ever since. This is all I've done so far. I hope to get updated pics soon!
