You have no other info regarding the patient except that the neurological exam in normal for motor changes. Your provisional hypothesis are derangement 5, adherent nerve root or foraminal stenosis. Following the McKenzie assessment format, describe how you would differentiate between D5, ANR and foraminal stenosis. Using the subjective history, and then mechanical assessment procedures.
