News Coorespondent - responsible for gathering new and accurate information (found through television,newspaper, internet, etc.) about Harry Potter. As well as, organizing it into a comprehensive article and sending it to the webmaster via email. 2 people currently needed.
Chat Room Host(s) - responsible for hosting chat room discussions. As well as, brainstorming and creating topics for discussion. And will set up scheduled times for chats. Will be expected to manage and sustain conversation in the chat room.

Poll Manager - responsible for creating poll questions and options. Poll will be updated once every two months. 1 person currently needed.
Forum Moderators - responsible for monitering posts in the forum. As well as assiting Webmistress in posting house points that are rewarded on the house points board.
Graphics Creator/Editor - responsible for creating any graphics needed for the site. Must have a talent for drawing, so that they can create pictures of characters or creatures that are not availible anywhere else. Must have, and be knowledgable, in Photoshop. Html knowledge a plus. This person will work closely with the Webmistress in creating and managing the "look" of the site.
