 1 For single phase, using Multiple Reference Frame Method gives a better result comparing with Impeller Boundary Condition on Power Number, P/Vl, as well as velocity magnitude and turbulent kinetic energy
2 For Gas-liquid, Impeller Boundary Condition Method gives a better result at upside impeller (comparing with expeerimental data). Algebraic Slip Mixture didn't give a good model for gas-liquid mixing, because it cannot  model bubble breakup and coalescence occur in the mixing processes. 
3 Using particle tracking, we can know that in this flow number and rpm, axysymmetric pattern occur.
