your messanger version must be 4.0+,to know that go to the messanger box, click help-->about windows messanger.if beside version written 4 or more this will work . else click here to download msn4.6 and then this psycho laugther will work...
if you checked the above, download the zip file,unzip it.then close ur msn, run psycho soul then reopen ur msn, the laugthers in ur msn will change,if u don't like it and u want to remove it, just reinstall youre original msn,if u dont have it u can always download it from the link above.
