This Web Quest is intended as a group project, but it can be modified to be done individually as a differentiated instruction assignment or extra credit. It works best if students have already studied the philosophies of ancient China (such as the TCI activity or SPICE unit on Religions and Philosophies in China), but it can be used as a stand-alone activity.  It’s best used as a follow-up assignment for persuasive speech.  You may want to provide additional guided instruction if this is used as an introductory assignment for persuasive speech.
