FAIRY FOLK
This is actually a rather varied category,
including elves, dwarfs, winged fairies and assorted others. I have
left mermaids for the miscellaneous section; they'll probably get their
own section eventually.

I think there is a figure of the elf
from the video game Legend of Zelda, but I'll have to check on that.
There are also a number of characters that look like fairies, such as Wasp
(from one of the Spider-man lines) and Princess Whats-her-name (from
Earthworm Jim).
Other Toys
-
Dwarves of the Mountain King (Advanced
Dungeons & Dragons; LJN/TSR, 1983)

Probably the best fairy toys I have
ever seen are from Playmobil's fantasy line. There is a Treestump
Goblin, an elf and a larger goblin that hide in a tree, and a number of
different fairies, winged and otherwise.
