Tragedy Strikes (8.16.04) After returning from a three month long break to record their new album, Gehenna returned to Finland only to have their determination tested. Jae and Jerika, on their search for apartments in Helsinki, had both been injured in a car crash. The fault was that of another drive, who ran a stop light and hit the passenger side of the car in a head-on collision. Jerika walked away with a minor concussion and Jae came away with a minor concussion, a cut to the temple, and several cracked ribs. Jae will be released from the hospital this weekend and bed ridden for some time to recover. Keeping this in mind, it is possible that next month's concert in Helsinki may be postponed. |
