EPIC October 2000
First in the series of TSE albums is EPIC. So named, is was made as a story of the birth of a relationship.. or as I told her, "The story of us". As with most music compilations I make, each song has a meaning. With this in mind, one can hear that EPIC truly does tell a story.

PHENOMENA January 2001
Second in the series of TSE albums is Phenomena. The concept for this CD was based off of a comment by "Lil H" who wanted a tape of Techno songs from my collection of CD's. I planned it as a graduation present for her, but I was still very bad about using my spare time, so the project was slightly a bust.. I'd done everything except burn the darn CD! Needless to say, the project has not been forgotten. But for now, this is what was done.

More or Less THAN JAKE May 2001
Without a doubt, my favorite band is Less Than Jake. For those of you in the mainstream music community, you may not have heard of this popular Ska band. TSE-CD numero tres was made for two reasons.. #1: I was tired of swapping LTJ's many great CD's while driving, and #2: I wanted to give DJ a going away present to remember me by in Hawaii. So here's MORE or LESS THAN JAKE: Greatest Hits (according to Heffé) 1994-2000 (Marcie, I hope you and Roger approve!!).

LEARNING TO FLY August 2001
TSE-CD4 is my first attempt at making a CD with the plethora of MP3's that I downloaded from Napster before they were shut down. It turned out pretty good, but it needed some tweaks to keep with the "fly" motif. Great road trip CD, too.. trust me, I know from experience.

AUTOMATIC TRANSITION May-October 2002
TSE-CD5 is finally complete, and it's not bad if I do say so myself. All of the songs had been chosen long ago but the layout was revamped cause I lost the original list.. D'OH! :) The concept for this is mostly a tribute to my buddy DJ. It was a long overdue present I had worked on for a few months. Hope you like it, bro!

BROKEN HALO November 2002 Redux April 2003
TSE-CD6 is a little diddy I'd been experimenting with. It follows the theme of a chill tape I made years ago. The original title was 'Falling to Pieces', but that was a bit overboard. It was a work in progress, and that evolution turned it into the epilogue for 'Epic'. Closure comes in many strange forms I guess. 'Halo & Pitchfork' button by Robbie.. THX BRO!! |

1994 March 2003
TSE-CD7 is a remake of sorts.. for an old friend. New and improved.. on CD. (Thanks, Missi) |

DECADE June 2003 Redux November 2004
True friends are few and far between in this life.. and the music reminds me of the times I share with each of them. Ten-plus years is a long road that has taken me to the other end of the world and back. This one's an original for reflection, and a follow-up to '1994'. (PS.. yes, I left '95 out on purpose.) |

GOT BUFFY? March 2003 Redux June 2003
TSE-CD9 was a bit of an epiphany.. I was obsessed with a song, and that obsession led to the discovery to a whole bunch of other goodies. Yes, it's a soundtrack. This was a small gift for my Buffy fan friends ...Grrr Arrrrgh! (did I mention the hidden tracks?) UPDATE: Check out the links (below the original images) for Version 2.0 "revamped" the next edition. |

CHESHIRE June 2005

Next in the series.. this one was formally requested. Original concept by 'Kitty'.. constructed by yours truly. It's almost ready.. but it may end up being a double disc. Yes, I'm taking my sweet time finishing this one!

LTJ: A to Z March 2004
New Album, New Hits... Great Tunes that shouldn't be missed. If you're a fan of Less Than Jake, then this CD is the way to go. The release of Anthem was one of the best things to come out of 2003. Over a decade of "Hard Rockin Audio Goodness". These guys just plain RULE!

AMELIORATION April 2004
What the heck does that word mean?? Amelioration - n : the act of relieving ills and changing for the better. I made this as a going away token for one of my greatest friends.. 'Pickle'. She was a static figure in my last year in Lafayette who helped me re-learn the meaning of friendship and family. Artwork by Erin, tweaked by yours truly. Cake or Death!!
