reservation. Our pricing and cancellation policies are listed at the bottom of the page.

Pricing Policy: - The rental cost is US$150.00 per night, plus 11.4166% Taxes
(Hawaii County Lodging Tax and Hawaii State Tax)
- A cleaning fee of US$50.00 is assessed on
all rentals shorter than five (5) nights in length.
- All Rental packages shown at right
include a refundable reservation / security / damage deposit of US$150.00
Cancellation Policy: All monies collected will be refunded in full if
notice of cancellation is received no less than thirty (30) days prior to Renter(s)
scheduled arrival date. Should Renter(s) cancel within thirty days of the scheduled
arrival date, one hundred dollars (US$100) of the reservation/security/damage deposit
shall be retained as liquidated damages for administrative costs incurred as a result of
the cancellation. All remaining monies collected shall be refunded to the Renter(s).
There will be no refund given after Renter(s) takes occupancy. There are no refunds
for early departure or late arrival. Cancellations, late arrivals or early departures due to
inclement weather, missed airline connections; road or airport closings do not warrant
any refund of rent or deposit. If any of the rental fees or deposit were received by
check(s), the refund will be issued only after indication from the Owner/Agent’s bank
that Renter(s) check(s) have cleared.
