Remember, too, that all returning referees must attend a refresher course before your name will be added to the official list from which assignments are made.  

Your current registration expires March 31.  To be eligible for games in April you must register prior to April 1.  Late Registration will be accepted in May and must include a late fee penalty as prescribed by Soccer Nova Scotia.  Late Registrations received after May 31st must include the late fee penalty, and will be accepted upon confirmation from the CSA that the Referee has been added to the Official List of Referees.   Referees not added to the Official List will receive a refund of fees paid less an administration fee equal to the late fee penalty.  Late fee penalties shall be used to cover costs related to managing the refresher training for late registering referees.

Registration forms are mailed in the Spring to all those who were registered the previous year.  If your mailing address has changed you should inform Soccer Nova Scotia to ensure that you receive the form.   

If you are not currently a referee you must attend an Entry Level Referee course which are usually offered in the Spring.  Check the referee page on the Soccer Nova Scotia website for course details.

If you are a referee with certification from another Province or country and wish to referee in Nova Scotia you must contact Soccer Nova Scotia to arrange a transfer.  Documentation from your home referee association will be required to effect the transfer.
