Hey all, I hope you enjoy this site. This is a page where Halifax's deejay's themselves can leave the public messages whenever they please, just to keep you on some up to date info from each Dj him/herself has to share. Hopefully with your support and the support of the Halifax turntablists, we could have a great page here someday. Keep in mind that there is gonna be a turntablist competition at the Pavilion on April 29th @ 8:30. The contest is open to all Dj's in the turntablism genre and are more than welcome to compete. The competition is going to be run "DMC" style, ie. 4 minute runs consisted of skratching/beat juggling, each competetor will have 4 minutes to show his/her skillz to a panel of judges, the top 5 competitors will have another run of 4 minutes, the top 2 of the 5 quarter-finalists will advance to the semi finals and a winner will be decided from there.
