Here's Citywalk on the rainy, windy, night that I went to Halloween Horror Nights. See all of the posters on the lights advertizing Halloween Horror Nights?

Heres the entrance of Islands of Fear...See the lasers coming up from the bridge past the gates?

Fog, lasers, and Rain Ponchos...What more could you ask for???

I didn't see this being used, but it was raining when I got there, and it wasn't 7 yet either. On the way out, it was after closing time, so maybe it was used and I just missed it. It actually looks like it may just be speakers or a fog machine, but I could be wrong about that.

The tortue devices in the Town Square of Tortured Souls aren't in use yet, probably because of the rain, but we'll see those later...

This looks painful, but it's not in use right now.

Later in the night, the Caretaker and friends had some fun using this...
