David Blaine-Frozen In Time

A year after his buried alive stunt, and David Blaine is Back!!!!! This time he is going to stay in a block of ice for three days!! On November 27th 2000 at 9:00am live on Good morning America, David started his three days.

Here is a Day by Day guide to what went on in the ice!!!

Day 1

David is put into the ice at 9:00am. At 11:45pm, David takes his shirt from around his waist and puts it on.

Day 2

Groups of people stop by to cheer David on, including Super models, celebrities, and even a bus full of topless women. He answer lots of questions asked by people online with a nod or head shake.

Day 3

David is anxious to get out, and is finally chiseled out. He is unable to walk on his legs that are so badly swelled. He gives his girlfriend a kiss, and tells the paramedics that his mind doesn't feel right from lack of sleep. As David is sent into the ambulance, he gives his fans one last smile.

FACTS: (1) In order to prepare himself for the ice, David had to train his body to get used to the cold temperatures. He did this by getting in a tank of water filled with ice!!! (2) The ice was brought down from Alaska. This was because it was clear, and David didn't want people to doubt that he was in there.
