Man Never Landed on the Moon! For my first 'real' conspircay, you should probably know some stuff about me. The most important of these things in that I am not one that accepts something or even usually remembers something by hearing it. I need to understand something. That is why this conspiracy theory seems to come naturally to me. There are many web sites out there about it out there (188,000 results on google for "man never landed on the moon"). Some are good, others are bad. My interest was first triggered while I was at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The three main questions that enter my mind are: Why hasn's man landed on the moon since 1972, after the last Apollo mission? Surely there is valuble information to be gathered there. Low gravity experiments there may help the Earth. Would it not have been easier to set up a space station on the moon, rather than simply orbiting Earth? The second queston is: Why didn't any other country ever land on the moon? Do Russians normally accept defeat like that? Third: The Earth was visible from the moon in some of the pictures. Why, with all of our powerful telescopes, can we not see the parts of LEMs left behind, along with footprints and this famous flag? There are many scientific 'facts' that man could not have landed on the moon. I am as sceptic to these, however, as I am to the entire subject. Almong these are: "About 20 miles about the Earth, there is a radiation belt named the Van Allen belt. No human can get through this belt, If you try than you get hit with 300+ rads of radiation. Unless they are surrounded on each side by 4 feet on lead." and "There are millions of micro-metors traveling at speeds up to 6000 MPH, which would tear the ship to pieces.", both from perhaps the most detailed web page I have seen so far, The Moon Shots Were Faked. However, all arguments made on that web page are rebuted to most's satisfaction on the page The Moon Landings were NOT Faked. Besides for my original questions, which have not yet been answered, let me bring another conspiracy into this. Who shot JFK? What wasn't the shooter found? JFK was greatly involved in the space program. He set the deadline that man must land on the moon in the 60's. There is a shrine set up to him in the Kennedy space center, and obviously the whole place is named after him. It can be assumed that he knew what was going on in the space progam. Was he going to tell the people of America that the moon landings were a hoax? The USA would look like fools to the Russians. Thats plenty motive for the CIA to kill him. At the conclusion of this page, I'm not sure if I believe myself or not. There is not enough evadence for me that man has landed on the moon, or enough that we have not. Some of the pictures are quite confusing. The space program is an amzing thing. Everything is to a scale that is unimaginable. The phrase "you don't have to be a rocket scientist" came out of all of this...check out this picture Thats all for now, kiddies!
