According to the partition plan of united India, there was two main things,

(June 30, 1947) Lard Mount Batten (Last Viceroy by England for united India), elected 'Sir Cereal Red Caliph (a British lawyer)' as the chairman of boundary commission. But due to the deep and family level friend ship between Lard Mount Batten and Gandhi, Lard Mount Batten play a much justice less game by asking to Sir Cereal Red Caliph that "provide a way to India to enter in Kashmir, may be it will illegal". At the time of partition Sir Cereal Red Caliph provide the way of "District Gordas Pur (a main Muslim district)" to India. (the innocent Indian was thought that Lard Mount Batten is making the kindness for Indians infect Lard Mount Batten was obeying the order of British ruler in England. because the British ruler in England wanted to create a main problem between Pakistan and India to break the progress of these 'looted' nations by British, and for start fight forever. By this India had a much illegal chance of occupation on Kashmir, and British succeeded to create a long fight. Due to this basic problem three wars have been done between Pakistan & India, and In shah-Allah (God be willing) it will continue.

• 1: Kashmir is attached with Pakistan by geographical aspect, because it has 700km boundary across the Pakistan.
• 2: By religion, economical, traditional, and compete life style's point of view Kashmir is attached to Pakistan.
• 3: By economical point of view Kashmir had a much deep relation with Pakistan. the wood of sand to Punjab (Pakistan) through the rivers, and then it supplied to other areas.
• 4: The all rivers of Pakistan come to Kashmir, so Kashmir has a main place for agricultural economy of Pakistan.
• 5: For the complete and useful defance of Pakistan, the unity of Pakistani & Kashmir was so much important.
• 6: Kashmir was always considered the part of Pakistan, Chaudhary Rahmat Ali, (the creator of name of Pakistan) had nomination of Kashmir as 'K' in word of Pakistan.
• 7: Till 1947, Kashmir had not any way for outer world with out the ways of three Pakistani cities,
