Finally...
My eyes and brain are just about fried now from staring at this computer pretty much non-stop for the past two days. However, I finally have a major update of the site done. Mom, Nicole, hope you guys are satisfied. I'll try to do better on keeping it up to date from now on... and there is still a lot of catching up to do, particularly in the travelogue section.
While I'm happy that it's done and that it's turned out pretty well, I'm a bit embarrassed that it seems to be such a piece of shameless self-promotion. I'll take a bit of comfort in the fact that at least I'm not selling anything... yet, heh heh.
I'm in Johannesburg now, and have been taking it easy in adjusting to life here. In many ways, after a month and a half in Asia, everything here seems very comfortable and familiar. I'm sure I would have had a different experience if I had come straight from the States.
As is common on this site, I'll promise more later...we'll have to see if I ever get around to it.
