Himalayan Cotoneaster (Cotoneaster simonsii)
Tall shrub (up to 4m), half-evergreen, twigs downy. Leaves roundish, untoothed, pointed, dark green above (downy when young), sparsely hairy beneath. Flowers white with red marking, in groups of 2-4; June-July. Fruit an orange-red berry.

Can be found here and there in woods.
