Upland Enchanter's Nightshade (Circaea x intermedia)
Short/medium, patch-forming. Leaves pale green, pointed oval, heart-shaped at base, in opposite pairs. Flowers 4-8mm, with two white petals, the upward-pointing flowerhead elongating before the flowers fall; June-September. Fruit covered with hooked bristles.
