Groundsel (Senecio vulgaris)
Low/short, often downy. Leaved wavy-edged, hairless above. Flowerheads usually rayless, brush-like, yellow, in loose clusters; all year.

A very common weed of cultivation. Present along roadsides, in garden and on meadow kerb.
