| Tall, delicate and graceful grass which prefers shady places. Leaves up to 15mm wide, with their sheaths covered in long white hairs. Flowerhead loose, green and gracefully drooping rather than standing up; July-August (and still visible dried-up during the winter). Here and there in shady places deep in the woods.
