Field Horsetail (Equisetum arvense)
Coarse, green plant with hollow, ridged, leafless, jointed stems with whorls of unbranched branches. The fertile stems appear earlier on, with a spore-carrying 'cone' at the tip. A patch-forming, tenacious weed.

Quite easy to find in meadow - and unweeded flowerbeds !
