London Pride (Saxifraga x urbium)
Loosely tufted, with short, red, leafless stem. Leaves spoon-shaped and toothed, coming from a rosette on the ground. Flowers white, with red dots on the 5 petals; May-July. Fruit a capsule.

Probably a garden remnant, growing on southern border of meadow.
