Marsh Cudweed (Gnaphalium uliginosum)
Low/short, silvery-grey, well-branched. Leaves narrow oblong, green above, silvery beneath, alternating up stem. Flowers yellow-brown with no petals, in clusters over-topped by upper leaves; July-Oct.

A flowerbed 'weed', easy to spot because of its silvery apprearance.
