Orange Hawkweed (Pilosella aurantiaca)
Short/medium, covered with blackish hairs. Leaves mostly in a rosette on the ground, with very few, small leaves up the stem. Flowers dandelion-like, but orange-red, in a tight cluster; June-August.

Very easy to find when in flower: look at near end of meadow in late June.
