Procumbent Pearlwort (Sagina procumbens)
Low hairless and tufted, spreading from a non-flowering rosette of leaves. Leaves grass-like, ending in a minute bristle. Flowers tiny, greenish-white, long-stalked, petals usually 4, often absent; May-September.

Easily missed because it's tiny and modest, almost more like a moss: loves cracks in paving or stones.
