Rough Meadow-grass (Poa trivialis)
Medium grass, stems up to 90cm, but usually growing along the ground at the base. Leaves pale green, flat, softly rough to the touch, with rough sheaths. Flowerhead narrowly triangular in outline; May-July.

Common in grassland, but preferring damper and shadier places.
