Please fill out this on-line application.  This application is so we can put the most emphisis on whats important to the members of the hammerhead dive club.  This IS NOT an application to see if you may join us.  If you dive then you are welcome.   Do you have friends that may want to join.  Print this application and have them fill it out and fax it back to me at 732-741-8170.   How about dive shops that will help us out both financially and with product specials and discounts. Hammerheads have lots of members.  This application will be kept confidential and will not be given or sold to any shop or organization without members permission to do so.  This club will not be affliated with any one organizaion or dive shop.  This is not a money making venture or business.

There is much to be done.  We need the following officers to start with.   Afterthe first year all positions will be by election of the membership.   Officers will meet an additional 1 times per month in addition to the regular membership meeting.

Membership Seceratary:  This person keeps track of membership information.  database management skills are helpfull.

Treasurer:  This person takes care of the memberships money.  Two signatures will always be required, Treasurer/President or Vise president.

Newsletter Editor:  Gets articles from the membership.  Also gets permission to use other useful information written by other clubs, organization etc.

Security Officer:  This person takes care of the memberships common property.  Dive flags, oxygen kit etc.

Dive Captain:  This person works out the logistics along with the membership for planned dives ect

Assistant Dive Captain:  This person also works hand in hand with the dive captain to work out the logistics for scheduled dives.
