Daughters in prison

She knew what was coming .....  18 years old Jennifer came home from school with a very bad result for her  mathematics test today.  Now she has to spent the night in jail !  After she finished her explanation to her parents they looked to each other for a moment....  The only thing her father said was: "Get your todays schoolwork". After she took her books she needed to learn for her second test the next day , her father puts her arms behind her back and applied handcuffs on her wrists. Handcuffed like a real suspect she was led down to the basement , where two cells are located.  After removing the handcuffs she first had to take off her shoes , her jeans-belt ,watch and her collars whereafter she enters the bare concrete cell. 
 A few moments later her father closed the thick heavy iron celldoor and locked it from outside. She was locked up together with her schoolbooks to force her learning  the lessons for tomorrow.
The whole night she`ll be locked inside, and the whole afternoon and evening she got plenty time to learn her lessons.
5 years ago the family moved into the house , a former policestation,  when they recognized that the disused cellblock was still there. After some refurbishments they decided with eachother that, in case a familymember did something wrong, they would get a jailterm instead of  fighting with each other for weeks...  Jennifer and her sister Yessica agreed with it as they also have the possibility to do the same to their parents if necessary. In case of a disagree , one of the family members would go to a judge which was a friend of them.  A big law was created with the jailterms already in it. If they did something wrong they immediately know their sentence.
In the basement two normal custody cells and a small isolationcell are located. After going down  the stairs you first have to open a big iron bardoor , wich gives acces to the cellpassage. The custodycells have big iron doors , with a  small gate to look inside without opening the door. The dimensions are only 6 square meters. Inside the only furniture  is a concrete bed , with a  plastic covered matress and some blankets with a pillow. On the other side two concrete extensions representing the table and chair , and behind that a steel toilet.  Next to the door an alarm button is situated  in case the inmate needs something.  The main colour is white or grey and due to the white tl-lighting  it looks more or less a freezer room , however the temperature is very comfortable because of the floor heating under the concrete floor.
The isolation cell is even smaller. With 4  square meters there`s only roomspace for a concrete bed with matress. Nothing else. This cell is also closed with a big heavy iron door but , besides the inspection gate, this door also has got a gate to create acces for food or to apply handcuffs on the inmate.
After the door was locked , Jennifer sat a few moments down on her bunk .... She was silently crying, angry on herself that she didn`t take more time to learn yesterday. Inside the cell there was absolute silence. Not even the slightest sound from outside reached her ears.  With a heavy sigh , she took her books and started with her study , while seated on the concrete ‘chair’ coming out of the wall.
After a period, she was not allowed to wear a watch so she didn`t have any idea of time, she heard the sound of the inspection-gate being openend and closed. A few moments later the cell door openend and her mom walked in with her dinner on a plate. After some words about the past day her mom closed the door again while she starts eating.  One hour later, Jennifer was in the study books again already, her mom came back to collect the plate. She told her that it was 1900 in the evening.  From now on , she was kept alone locked up in her cell, knewing that she won`t get visitors anymore before next morning. At 2200 the light in her cell was dimmed to let her know it was sleeping time. Jennifer closed her studybooks , and after using the toilet she started taking off her clothes and jumped on her matress. A few moments later the light in her cell was switched off, leaving her in complete darkness.
Although Jennifer and her sister Yessica knew it was  a strange situation, being locked up like prisoners , while they haven`t done anything against the law, they still believe it was a good way of bringing up children. However each time they are locked up they really feel very sad and very uncomfortable. Sometimes other parents in the neighbourhood where also able to use the families cell block , to lock in their family members for a period. Jennifers parents are having them available if they don`t have to use the cells theirselves. The minimum age to be locked up at their cell is 16 , in order to avoid physical problems on children later. Offences where Jennifer and Yessica can get jail terms for are for instance: bad school results, screaming and abusing at their parents, coming home too late , stealing , fighting etc.  Most of the time they are only locked up for one night, but if they have two offences in one month, they have to spent next month`s  first weekend in jail. In case they have a third, or even more offences in one month they spent all of the following terms in the isolation cell , whereafter they have to spent the same amount of days in the custody cell as they made offences. As this might be taking more than three days , these days are saved up until the next school holiday.
Next morning Jennifer woke up of the sound of opening the celldoor. Her mom brought her breakfast and said she has to dress and come up to have a shower and change to go to school. In the cellblock there is a shower available, but as the custody was only for one night Jennifer is allowed to take a shower in the comfortable bathroom. After changing she went to school and came back that afternoon with a tes tresult saying: no mistakes !
Her jail term was time worth !!
Next day Jennifers sister Yessica gets words with her mother about money to go out that night. Yessica forgot everything around her and was o she has to sleep in a wet diaper now. She knew that she won`t get any sleep tonight... At 1800 her sister Jennifer came inside her cell to bring her the diner ,took off her handcuffs and she embraced  her sister for a moment. During dinertime Jennifer was constantly with her sister , but after diner she went out , leaving the celldoor  locked with her sister inside, handcuffs securely fastened again. The same as Jennifer a day before Yessica also knows that after dinertime no one would come in anymore....
What Yessica didn`t know was that her girlfriend , living two houses away , was brought to her house that evening because she was catched at school while stealing some things. After she got punished by the school director she was sent home, whereafter she directly was brought to their neighbours for a jail sentence. Her mother wants to lock her in for the whole day, so next to Yessica , her friend Sandra was also in custody. Both girls didn`t know about their presence.
After  several hours in isolation Yessica still couldn`t get to sleep. Her chains where restricting her movements to a few left and right movings , but not much more. It was unable to find a good sleeping position.  Together with that she still feels the discomfort of her wet diaper . Hours seemed to be days. Her wrists and muscles where painfull of being in the same position for so long , and she didn`t have any idea of time ,only that it was still nighttime.
Finally , after what seems days and days, the light in her cell went on and a few moments later the heavy door was openend... her sister entered the cell together with her mom. She was released from the isolation cell. After the chains where removed she was allowed to take a shower in the basement shower. The basement shower was  a little niche around the corner, with a steel bar door. After she was clean again she got a set of blue underwear and a new blue overall. Dressed like a prisoner again her mother invited her to take a look into the other custody cell where she saw her girlfriend inside... Unfortunately she didn`t manage to get eye contact with her..  She was pushed into the other custody cell and  heard the heavy door closing behind her again. Her three days jailterm has started.
As mentioned it was the second time for Yessica she has to make a period in isolation. Jennifer  only got it once yet. Both girls have an average of one night custody a month because of some small things like coming home too late , bad school results or accusing somebody. The rules are quite strict and they know it.. One night in custody  can be served in own clothing , but for security reasons all personal belongings have to be away, so it`s not allowed to wear a belt or shoes.  Watches, collars, rings , etc have to be taken away. In all other cases the prisoners have to wear the prison uniform during their sentence. Using the emergency button can be quite dangerous. If it is not really necessary the jail term can be extended with one day.  In most cases the girls wait for a meal time or other visit to ask what they want.
After breakfast in her cell , Yessica sat down, happy that she was free of the chains and cuffs again. In a few moments she would be allowed to go outside for a moment. She heard the cell door opening and her mother came inside carrying a couple of chains again. Yessica was put into legirons and handcuffs, and her handcuffs where connected to her waist with a waistchain. When everything was finished she strungeled out of her cell , and saw her girlfriend already waiting outside. With a one meter chain the girl`s legirons are connected to each other , and ironed like a real chaingang they went up to the terrace to get some fresh air....
After half an hour in the sunshine , the girls where taken downstairs again , to continue their sentence. Yessica had two days to go, but Sandra was released that afternoon...
Three years later Jennifer was catched for overspeeding at the highway by the local police. As she made herself angry about the policeofficers she had to go to the policestation and kept one night in the police cell .... Until now the officers arresting her don`t know why she wasn`t screaming , getting crazy and begging to let her go free...
