Tomoko is the class president/representative for second year class B. She is a very hard-working and meticulous person. Unfortunatly because she is very quiet and exact, her personalaty frustrates others, namely Okada and her crew.
Tomoko has an accent, which is part of the reason she don't talk very much - she embrased that her speech doesn't fit in. In fact, ever since she moved from Osaka, she had a hard time making friends.
Still, she tries her best to do a great job as the class representative. Even when others are bugging her and giving her trouble, she still ,makes her best effort so that everyone will be happy with the result.
