Doctor S is the meanest, nastiest scientist around. His soldier's ususally leave L2 with some serious psychological hang-ups. To put it shortly, he's not the most beloved guy in the Ground ZERO. His training techniques are, however, useful, and those in his group turn out to be strong, long-lasting posters... probably because he weeded out, chewed up, and demolished all the weaklings before they made it to teh Absolute Destiny...
