I remember the moment I realized that being a photographer was what I wanted to be. I finally understood that I could turn my passion into a career. I knew I was good enough. I have always been great at composition. In all of my artistic schooling my eye for composition was praised, and that alone was a guarantee (in my head) that I would succeed in the photography field. I jumped into photography head first and switched all of my classes. I began to shoot for a new and greater reason. I shot everything, and I still continue to shoot all of the time. I love it. It is in my blood. I love to learn about photography; especially reading about different photographers and their techniques. I have the thirst for knowledge and experience, and I feel I must learn as much as possible. That has been my driving force in getting a job with a photographer, assisting, and learning anything I may have missed along the way. In the meantime, I am shooting all of the time, as well as a recent relocation to North Hollywood to be a part of the industry in full force. If you would like to see what I have been doing since the move check out my resume. |
