hey, does this mike work?
another hard day over
Kewl !
hmmm, let me think a minute on that one
maybe if I pretend I am sleeping, I wont have to do my physical therapy
alright, hurry up and take the picture!

These pictures are kinda special to me.
Hannah was about 2 years old here,, I had been working with her to teach her to
" blow kisses " and say "Dada". I was so excited when
she started puckering up and making kisses. When her Mom called to check in on
her from work one day, I told her that she was saying "Dada", I don't
think Mom really believed me until she got home from work and heard Hannah say
it for herself. The she called Hannah's Nana & Grandpa so they could come
over to hear for themselves.
I used to love to just sit and hold her when she was sleeping, she was such a
tiny lil baby. I think she only slept in her crib one night, she never slept in
it again. We were too worried about her because she was so quiet and if she aspirated
we would not hear her, so she started sleeping in our bed, then after a short
while I started keeping her on my chest at night so if she coughed I would hear
her and could suction her if she needed to be.

These are pictures of how Hannah and I slept, for the most part of two years
because of all the equipment Hannah needed to have, we moved out of the bedroom
to the living room. It was allot easier than moving all the equipment back and
forth every morning and night.
(We lived in a mobile home) She slept on my chest on the couch until we bought a
new house. Here we are sleeping on my chair and on the floor. I always liked the
first picture because it showed how Hannah used to hold onto my finger when she
sleeping.
This
is our happy lil girl on her 3rd birthday.
