CHEESE BALL APPETIZER

Serves 6-8 1 8 oz. package of soft cheddar cheese 1 8 oz. package processed cheese such as Velveeta (don't use soft version) 1 3 oz. package cream cheese (regular) 1/2 t Tabasco 1 T Worcestershire 1 small clove garlic, mashed or a dash of gralic powder 1/2 t chili powder 1/2 t paprika Work cheese until smooth in a large bowl.  (May want to soften Velveeta a bit in the microwave).  Add Worcestershire, Tabasco and garlic.  When all blended, place in refrigerator until firm enough to make a ball.  Coat with mixture of paprika and chili powder.  Wrap in waxed paper and store in refrigerator.  Serve with crackers. Remember the year we made about 50 of these for office staff gifts?
