CHEESE QUICHE
Delicious little appetizers if made in mini-tins.  Good for lunch, brunch with a salad if made in large muffin tins.  Recipe from a Bed & Breakfast in Wooster, Ohio.  Made a couple dozen appetizers.

3 eggs
1 lb small curd cttage cheese
3 Tbsp. sour cream
4 ounces shredded cheddar
1/2 cup Bsiquick
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine.

Combine all ingredients and blend until mixed.  Fill greased muffin tins nearly full.  Bake for 25-30 minutes (miniature tins) at 375 degrees.  Cool, remove from pan and serve.
