CREAMY RICOTTA TOAST |
Low calorie From a 1976 Redbook magazine 1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. oregano or Italian seasoning or dill or your choice of dried seasoning 4-1/2 inch thick slices of French or Italian bread Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine igredients in small bowl. Spread each slice of bread with 2 Tbsp. cheese mixture. Arrange on baking sheet and bake in center of oven 15 minutes. Turn on broiler and broil 3-5 minutes to brown lightly. |
