EASY BAKED FRENCH TOAST
Makes 6 servings

Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray or lightly grease.
Arrange 6 slices white, raisin or whole grain bread in a single layer in a dish.  In medium bowl, with fork, beat 2 eggs slightly, stir in 1/2 cup low-fat or regualr milk, 1/2 cup syrup, 2 Tbsp. melted margarine or butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon, a tsp. vanilla.
Pour over bread.  Bake immediately or cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.  Bake, uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Serve with additional syrup.
