OVERNIGHT FRENCH TOAST

Serves 6-8

Grease 9x13 pan, cube 8 slices bread, crust removed. Layer on bottom of Dish.  The better the bread, the better the dish. 
Cube 1 8oz. package cream cheese. Layer over bread.  Cube another 8 slices bread and layer over cream cheese.
Beat slightly 12 eggs, 2 cups milk and 1/3 cup maple syrup.  Pour over bread and cheese.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned.  Serve with syrup.
