VEGETABLE PIZZA APPETIZER
Kay Bonney made this the first time I tasted itand we al liked it very much.  Note:  She was kind enough not to put onions or green peppers on top for the benefit of some Hannons.  Most people would add them.

2 cans (8 oz. each) refrigerated cresent dinner rolls
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 package dry Ranch dressing

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Press dough onto bottom and sides of a 10x15 baking pan or cookie sheet with sides.  Bake until golden brown - about 10-13 minutes.
Cool.
Combine cream cheese, mayo and dressing until well blended.  Spread on crust.  Top with about 4 cups chopped broccoli, olives, seeded tomatoes, celer, cucumber, carrot - whatever.  Cut into squares.  Makes 24.
