HOT ARTICHOKE DIP |
From Kerry - a favorite (if there is any left, it is good the next morning cold) 1 8-1/2 oz. can artichoke hearts (water packed - drain before using) 1 cup grated parmesan or romano cheese 1 cup mayonnaise (not low fat) 1 clove garlic finely minced orgrated (garlic is optional) Dash pepper or Tabasco Combine ingredients in cassarole and bake about 25 minutes in 375 degree oven. Serve with triscuits, French bread wedges or crackers. |
