An alphabetical list of COGO commands and AMLs
AMLs are listed in lowercase.  Commands can be abbreviated using only the
 capitol letters (i.e. AddCogoPoints would be acp)

A
	abb			an AML that establishes a number of global
				 variables that can be used as command
				 abbreviations.
	addcogoatt * 		adds empty COGO attribute items to an
				 existing arc coverage.
	AddCogoPoints		adds COGO points to the COGO point coverage.
	annocurve		an AML that allows you to add annotation to
				 curves based upon their COGO attribute values.
	annoedit		an AML that allows you to edit existing COGO
				 arc coverage annotation.
	annoline		an AML that allows you to add annotation to
				 two-point lines based upon their COGO
				 attribute values.
	annoset			an AML that allows you to set the annotation
				 environment before running ANNOCURVE,
				 ANNOEDIT, ANNOLINE, or ANNOSUM.
	annosum			an AML the sums the total distance of selected
				 arcs and uses the total to annotate and arc.
				 ANNOSUM can be run from the ARCEDIT
				 prompt and within ANNOLINE.
	ARCCOGO *		calculates COGO attribute data for two-point
				 lines and curves, and adds the data to COGO
				 items in the AAT.
	+AUDITTRAIL		lists the changes made to the COGO arc coverage
				 and COGO point coverage during the current
				 ARCEDIT session.

B
	BREAKLINE		breaks a two-point arc or a curve with COGO
				 attributes at a specified distance from a node
				 or into a specific number of parts.

C
	CogoAdjust		adjusts selected arcs using a network
				 adjustment.
	CogoAdjustConstants	sets correction angle and scale factor for
				 network adjustment.
	CogoAdjustVariences	sets angle and distance variances for network
				 adjustment.
	cogocom			an AML that lists COGO commands and AMLs
				 that can be run in ARCEDIT.
	cogoenv			an AML that establishes all default COGO
				 environments.
	CogoFeature		specifies whether arcs and/or COGO points will
				 be added when using construction commands.
	COGOINVERSE *		calculates COGO attributes for specified
				 two-point lines and circular curves in ARC.
	COGOINverse		calculates COGO attributes for selected two-
				 point lines and circular curves in ARCEDIT.
	cogomenu		starts the COGO menus system.
	CogoPointCoverage	specifies the coverage that stores COGO points.
	CogoPointItem		specifies an item in the COGO point coverage
				 attribute table (PAT) that will store COGO
				 point numbers.
	CogoPointNumber		specifies the number to be assigned to the next
				 COGO point added.
	CONSTANTS		sets the ground-to-grid correction angle and
				 scale factor.
	+COORDINATE *		prompts for COGO point numbers when selecting
				 point features and internal/User-ID numbers
				 when selecting arcs.
	createcogo *		creates a new COGO arc coverage with COGO
				 attributes or a COGO point coverage.
	CROSS			finds the intersection of lines, circular curves,
				 and spiral curves.
	culdesac		constructs a symmetrical or asymmetrical
				 cul-de-sac off of centerlines.
	CURVE			allows a curve with the given radius to be
				 placed between two points, or a parallel curve
				 to be created from an existing curve.
	curve3pt		constructs a circular curve using three specified
				 points.
	cutoff			divides a parcel by a specified area.

D
	DeleteCogoPoints	allow you to delete COGO points from the
				 COGO point coverage.
	DrawCogopoint		adds or removes COGO points from the draw
				 environment and specifies the marker sysmbol
				 COGO points will be drawn with.
	DRAWTRAVERSES **	draws polygon traverses from a COGO arc
				 coverage.
	DROPPERPENDICULAR	finds the point on a line or curve perpendicular
				 to a selected point.

E
	ELLIPSE			allows a right or left ellipse curve defined by
				 given curve parameters to be constructed.
	envrst			an AML that restores the settings saved for
				 CONSTANTS, FORMAT, SEARCH, and
				 SEARCHORDER from a specified file.
	envsav			an AML that saves the current settings for
				 CONSTANTS, FORMAT, SEARCH, and
				 SEARCHORDER to a specified file.
	eval			an AML that allows you to preform calculations
				 inside of ARCEDIT and have the results
				 returned to the keyboard.

F
	FDConvert *		converts survey data collector raw observation
				 files in ASCII format into ESRI Generic
				 Fielddata Format files.
	FieldData *		converts ESRI Generic Fielddata Format files
				 into point, survey and/or line coverages, as
				 well as interactive input of survey commands
				 unique to FIELDDATA.
	FILLET			constructs a circular curve tangential to two
				 lines.
	FORMAT			sets the format for displaying and storing
				 directions and distances.  Directions can be in
				 the form of bearings or angles and distances can
				 have 0 to 10 decimal places.

I
	INVERSE			displays the geometry and attributes associated
				 with a line, curve, spiral, or two points.
				 Additionally, the angle defined by three points
				 or the coordinates of a point can be displayed.

J
	join			an AML that allows you to interactively enter
				 the side lot lines when the front and rear lines
				 have already been established by TRAVERSE,
				 BREAKLINE, or PROPORTION.

L
	LAYOUT			adds an arc from a specified starting point to a
				 point defined by the direction and distance,
				 tangent to another arc and distance, or field
				 angle and distance.
	Line2pt			constructs a two-point line using two specified
				 points.
	listatt			an AML that lists the COGO attributes for
				 selected arcs.
	LISTTRAVERSES		lists a traverse closure for each polygon in a
				 COGO arc coverage.
	LOCATE			finds the intersection of any combination of two
				 angles, bearings, or distances.
	LOTAREA *		computes the legal area, legal perimeter and
				 closure error for lots in a polygon coverage
				 using the standard COGO attributes.

M
	MERGE			combines selected arcs with the same direction
				 and selected curves with the same radius.
	multcurve		an AML that allows you to enter a number of
				 curves of the same type.
	multinv			an AML that repeats execution of the INVERSE
				 command for a specified feature type.
	multprop		an AML that repeats the PROPORTION
				 command.

O
	OFFSET			generates points at a specified distance and
				 perpendicular offset from a line.
	+OOPS			will undo any change made to features in the
				 current COGO arc coverage and to COGO points
				 in the COGO point coverage.

P
	pan			an AML used to preform software panning
				 across the map extent.
	PROPORTION		breaks a line or curve into a number of arcs
				 according to the keyed-in lengths.  The
				 DISTANCE option proportions the new arcs
				 between two points.

R
	RemoveCogoPointCover	removes the COGO point coverage from the
				 current session.
	RenameCogoPoint		changes the number of a COGO point.
	REPORT			generates an informational listing about an
				 area, point, curve, or triangle.
	RESECT			locates a point by three-point resection.

S
	+SAVE			saves changes made to a COGO arc coverage or
				 COGO point coverage back into the same coverage
				 or into a new, empty coverage.
	SEARCH			activates or inhibits searching when identifying
				 points for the COGO commands in ARCEDIT.
	SearchOrder		sets the correction angle by selected reference
				 line.
	+setreference		sets the correction angle by a selected reference
				 line.
	SHOW			lists the characteristics of COGO environments
				 and the values of traverses and proportions.
	showconstants		an AML that displays the correction angle and
				 scale factor set by CONSTANTS.  The correction
				 angle is displayed as a polar angle in the
				 current angle format.
	SPIRAL			allows a right or left spiral curve defined by
				 given curve parameters to be constructed.
	STATIONING		locates station points at a specified interval
				 along selected arcs or lines defined by points.
				 COGO points are used as station points and can
				 be renamed to reflect station chainages.
	statuscogo		an AML that displays how entered data will be
				 modified by the current settings of FORMAT
				 and CONSTANTS.

T
	TANGENT			calculates points of tangency for a curve and a
				 known reference point or for two curves.
	TRAVERSE		allows traverses to be entered, edited, adjusted,
				 unadjusted, deleted and displayed.
	travrst			an AML that creates a traverse from data
				 stored in a specified file.
	travsav			an AML that saves the current traverse data to
				 a specified file.
	TRILATERATE		locates a point by three-point trilateration.

V
	viewrst			an AML that reads the map extent saved in a
				 file and redraws the graphic display
				 accordingly.
	viewsav			an AML that writes the current map extent and
				 the DRAW command to a file.

W
	WIDEN			constructs a set of lines and curves
				 geometrically parallel to the selected arcs or
				 points and the specified perpendicular offset.

Z
	zi			an AML that permits you to zoom in on an edit
				 coverage.
	zo			an AML that permits you to zoom out on an edit
				 coverage.
